Prosecutor Gheorghe Graur, a candidate for the position of member of the Superior Council of Prosecutors, heard by the Pre-Vetting Commission
The Pre-Vetting Commission announces on Wednesday, 24 May, that it has heard Gheorghe Graur, a candidate for membership of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP).
During the hearing, the Commission members asked the candidate questions to clarify the following issues:
- The circumstances in which a family member obtained by donation an apartment from a legal person, which was subsequently disposed of;
- The use of cars owned by persons close to them and the non-declaration of the right of use of these means of transport;
- Elucidation of the circumstances related to the candidate’s contravention penalties.

Prosecutor Gheorghe Graur works in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Municipality of Chisinau. Graur started his career at the Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Organized Crime and Special Cases (PCCOCS), where he was appointed as a consultant in 2017.
