Moldova’s Ministry of Justice to Establish Specialized AntiCorruption Courts
The Ministry of Justice intends to draft a law on the establishment of a specialized court in the field of anti-corruption.
The Ministry of Justice announced through a press release that it intends to establish a specialized court in the field of anti-corruption.
According to the representatives of the Ministry of Justice, the future project would address all aspects necessary for the creation and functioning of such a court, specialized in the field of anti-corruption.
In order to elaborate on the given project, the representatives of the Ministry of Justice request the active involvement of the subjects interested in the topic, by presenting their proposals.
The proposals are to be sent until June 19, 2020, in electronic format, to the address: [email protected].
