Moldova Reports 300 New Cases of Coronavirus

Moldova reports 300 new cases of coronavirus, 12 of the cases are in the breakaway Transnistria region. From the 230 new cases, four cases are imported, three from Russia and one from Romania. 

The number of people infected with the new type of coronavirus reached 20,794. At the same time, 14,183 people recovered, while the number of COVID-19 deaths reached 680. 

Today, the authorities performed 1,927 tests, from which 516 are repeated tests.  

Of the total number of cases on this day, 17 are medical workers: doctors – 10, nurses – 7.
