Moldova Reports 230 New Cases of Coronavirus

Moldova reports 230 new cases of coronavirus, 22 of the cases are in the breakaway Transnistria region. From the 230 new cases, four cases are imported, three from Ukraine and one from Uzbekistan. 

The number of people infected with the new type of coronavirus reached 20,494. At the same time, 13,913 people recovered, while the number of COVID-19 deaths reached 675. 

Today, the authorities performed 1,603 tests, from which 437 are repeated tests.  

Of the total number of cases on this day, eight are medical workers: doctors – two, nurses – six.
