Border Police Found 200 KG of Heroin

Record capture of heroin detected on the territory of Moldova. The international criminal group was exposed as a result of a cross-border operation. The information was confirmed for ZdG, by Olesea Pușcașu, spokesperson of the Customs Service.

“The Prosecutor’s Office for Combating Organized Crime confirms the seizure of drugs made jointly with officers from the National Inspectorate of Investigations and Customs Service,” the statement reads.

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the drug seizure is not yet expertized and the investigation continues.
