Maia Sandu is Planning Another Visit to Brussels
On 24 July Prime Minister Maia Sandu will exchange views with members of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs (AFET). The announcement was posted on the official page of the European Parliament.
“On 24 July, AFET members will hold an exchange of views with Ms. Maia Sandu, Prime Minister of Moldova. The exchange of views will be an opportunity to confirm MEPs’ support for Moldova’s new reform program and peaceful political transition in the country as a result of the recent political crisis, “said the European Parliament.
This will be the second visit of Maia Sandu to Brussels since she became the Prime Minister of Moldova.
At the same time, a few days ago, Foreign Minister Nicu Popescu announced that the European Union resumes budget support for Moldova.
