Igor Dodon in an official visit to Moscow in order to meet with Dmitry Kozak
The head of the state Igor Dodon will be on a working visit to Moscow today, 17 July. There he has scheduled multiple meetings with Russian officials and with the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitri Kozak, Kremlin’s special representative for the R. Moldova.
Igor Dodon states that at these meetings he will discuss issues related to the development of trade and economic cooperation, social and humanitarian issues, and migration issues.
Other themes of discussion will be the Transnistrian issue, Russian gas deliveries and the resumption of the Moldovan-Russian intergovernmental commission for commercial and economic cooperation that was frozen for three years.
Since he became the president of Moldova Igor Dodon made more visits to the Russian Federation than to the countries of the European Union.
