ZdG Exhibition: ”Corruption in Moldova. 30 Years of Struggle.”
On December 9, 2021, at 12.00, on the International Anti-Corruption Day, Ziarul de Gardă opens a thematic exhibition at the National Museum of History, entitled “Corruption in Moldova. 30 years of struggle.”
The exhibition is a timeline of the history of over 3 decades of Moldova, which combines countless frauds, money laundering, nepotism, abuses in public office with the effort, energy, and spirit of fighting corruption generated in society, implicitly in investigative offices, in civil society organizations, in protest movements or in families.
The exhibition contains documents, photographs, testimonies of people who tried in small steps to bring to light, year after year, revelations of corruption but also discussions about transparency, respect for fundamental rights, and access to information.
The exhibition will be a space for reflection and information for all categories of the population and will last 2 weeks.
Activists, journalists, members of the Parliament, the Government, law enforcement institutions, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Chișinău are invited to the opening.
