The Bloc of Communists and Socialists Submitted a Motion of No Confidence Against the Minister of Health Accusing Her of “failing to manage the COVID-19 crisis”
The parliamentary faction of the Bloc of Socialists and Communists submitted on Thursday, November 11, a simple motion against the policies of the Ministry of Health.
The Bloc of Socialists and Communists deputy, Vladimir Odnostalco, who read the text of the motion, claims that the Ministry of Health failed to manage the pandemic crisis of COVID-19. In this context, Odnostalco mentioned that “there is a need to give the vote of no confidence to the Minister of Health Ala Nemerenco.”
“All the actions of this Executive are against the citizens. Drug prices have increased by 20-30%, almost 50 people die due to COVID-19, over 8,000 people are treated at home. There is a lack of medicines in hospitals (…) The Minister of Health has exceeded any limit. We come up with a simple motion, especially in terms of the inefficiency of COVID-19 crisis management. We request the vote of no confidence against the Minister of Health,” said the Bloc of Socialists and Communists deputy, Vladimir Odnostalco.
According to the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament, the simple motion can be initiated by at least 15 deputies, and its debate will take place on the date set by the Permanent Bureau, within 14 working days from the submission.
