Ministry of Health: “State of emergency declared at the national level from 10 September”
The National Extraordinary for Public Health Commission established on Thursday, September 9, a state of emergency in public health at the national level starting with September 10 and until October 30. Thus, people who have reached the age of 18 and over will have access to outdoor events, such as shows, concerts, festivals, but also to events indoors – nightclubs, dance floors, theaters, cinemas, halls of concerts with a vaccination certificate or a negative result of a PCR test not older than 72 hours.
The announcement was made by the Minister of Health, Ala Nemerenco.
“The pandemic currently has an ascending character with a tendency of continuous aggravation, especially during the last four weeks. The number of new cases has increased. We have many districts with a sudden increase in incidence. After analyzing the latest developments in COVID-19 cases, the Commission has decided to declare a state of a public health emergency at the national level from 10 September to 30 October 2021. From 11 September, persons aged 18 and over many will have access to outdoor events such as shows, concerts, festivals and also indoors – nightclubs, dance floors, theaters, cinemas, concert halls and other events under the following permits: is required to present the SARS-CoV-2 vaccination certificate with the complete vaccination on paper or in digital format, which is valid at least 14 days after the completion of the vaccination or a negative test result PCR for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection not older than 72 hours or certified negative result of a rapid antigen test not older than 48 hours, or presentation of a confirmatory medical conclusion in the case of persons who have undergone COVID-19 during the period between the 15th day and 6 months after illness, or a document confirming the presence of anti-COVID-19 antibodies – a confirmation document which is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of the investigation,” said the Minister of Health.
The National Extraordinary for Public Health Commission members approved new public health measures on Monday, August 23, in order to prevent cases of COVID-19 infection. As of September 1, most primary, secondary, high school, technical vocational, and university institutions carry out their activity with the physical presence of pupils and students, in compliance with the public health measures ordered by the institution.
