The Presidents of Poland, Romania, and Ukraine Visit Moldova on Independence Day
The President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, the President of Romania, Klaus Werner Iohannis, and the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy come on an official visit to Chișinău and will participate in the military parade on Independence Day.
The President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, will pay an official visit to Moldova from August 26 to 27.
The representatives of the Presidency announced that the Polish leader will land in Chișinău on Thursday, August 26, and will have meetings with President Maia Sandu and other high-ranking officials.
The next day, on August 27, President Andrzej Duda will participate in the actions dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Moldova.
Also on August 27, the President of Romania, Klaus Werner Iohannis, and the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, will be in Chișinău. The three heads of state, together with President Sandu, will take part in the festivities organized in the Grand National Assembly Square on the occasion of the three decades of Independence of Moldova.
Subsequently, several bilateral meetings will take place, as well as a multilateral meeting of the four presidents.
