The Committee on Foreign Policy and European Integration Approved the Start of Negotiations on the Construction of Two Cross-Border Bridges Over the Dniester River Between Moldova and Ukraine
The Foreign Policy and European Integration Commission approved on Wednesday, August 18, the initiation of negotiations on the draft Agreement between the Moldovan Government and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the construction of the cross-border road bridge over the Dniester River at the Moldovan-Ukrainian state border.

The initiation of negotiations on the draft Agreement between the Moldovan Government and the Government of Romania on the technical, financial, legal, and organizational aspects regarding the construction of the border road bridge between the two states, over the Prut River, was also approved.
The Commission also approved the signing of the Convention between the Government of Moldova and the Government of the French Republic for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of tax evasion with regard to income tax. The initiation of negotiations on the draft Agreement between the states in the field of social security was also positively approved.
