Constitutional Court of Moldova is to Sign a Memorandum of Cooperation with the High Court of Spain
The Constitutional Court of Moldova could sign a memorandum of cooperation with the High Court of Spain, announced the president of the Moldovan High Court, Domnica Manole that visited Spain on Wednesday, July 7th.
According to the note issued, the President of the Constitutional Court, Domnica Manole, paid a visit to the Constitutional Court of Spain, where she had a meeting with her counterpart, President Juan José González Rivas.
During the visits, the two magistrates exchanged ideas about the two courts, discussed possible participation of the Constitutional Court of Moldova in annual quadrilateral meetings between the Constitutional Court of Spain, the Constitutional Court of Portugal, the Constitutional Court of Italy, and the French Constitutional Council.
Also during the visits, the foundations were laid for the signing, in the near future, of a memorandum of cooperation between the two courts, which also includes study visits of constitutional judges and judicial assistants of the Court of Moldova to the Spanish Court and access to the electronic library of the Spanish Court.
