Currently, Moldova has 18,141 cases of infection with the new coronavirus, 1,275 are in the breakaway Transnistrian region.

In the last 24 hours, 73 people, suspected to be infected with the COVID-19 infection, were hospitalized at the COVID-19 Center in Chișinău.

Another 308 people recovered from COVID-19, the number of people who recovered reached 11,549.

There are 388 people in serious condition (of which 28 patients are connected to assisted breathing), 1,041- fair condition, and the other patients in a good condition.

Until now, 2,561 cases of COVID-19 infection have been confirmed among health system employees, including physicians-664, nurses-1,164, support staff-225, janitors-508. 

Until now the COVID-19 infection provoked 604 deaths.
