Moldovans from the diaspora gathered on Sunday, May 21, in several European cities for the European Moldova Assembly. Thus, they declared their solidarity for Moldova’s European path.
Thousands of Moldovans gathered in some 33 European capitals and cities – in Paris, Rome, Berlin, London, Bucharest, Milan, Munich and other cities – to say “Yes to Europe”.
Several of our compatriots sent to the editorial office of the “Ziarul de Gardă” pictures of the European Moldova National Assembly organized by the diaspora.
“Moldovans in Bologna (Italy) are with those at home. Together for European Moldova”, wrote Ana Munteanu.
“We are following the Assembly from home. We are at home among our own people, here in Berlin, in Europe,” says Alexander Benes.
